Vertical tanks are manufactured in volumes from 50 m3 to 5,000 cubic meters. For the manufacture of tanks, we use high-quality black, galvanized or, if necessary, stainless steel structural steel. where stainless steel is on the inside of the tank and galvanized steel is outside.

    Vertical steel cylindrical tanks of type MSFR (Metal spiral-folded tank) are designed to receive, store, dispense liquids, can be used in different climatic conditions. Metal spiral-folded tanks MSFR are the cheapest type of storage for different liquid materials. The steel we use in production depends on the type of product to be stored in the tank, as well as on the ambient temperature in the area of ​​operation.The tank consists of a cylindrical body, a flat bottom and a stationary roof — a flat roof or a self-supporting conical roof, the bearing capacity of which is provided by metal beams supported on the roofing sheets, or a frame conical roof consisting of profile frame elements and profiled roofing sheets. The constructions of vertical cylindrical tanks are manufactured by us in production, and the installation of structures is carried out at the facility according to the German technology of the company Lipp-system AG, using the method of automatic spiral-folded bend of rolled steel. For over 40 years, Lipp technology has been used in Europe, the USA and Asia. Lipp tanks and silos have shown themselves to be very durable, hermetic and safe to store structures.
   At the request of the customer, we can complete the tanks with working ladders with platforms, hatches and instrumentation system to control the stored product (temperature, humidity, density, lower upper level, flow meters, etc.). It is possible to install valves, fire extinguishing and alarm systems.
